A Voice from Local Educators About the Fountas and Pinnell Classroom

Join us  for a complimentary VIP session!  Hear from local administrators from Hampton Bays Public Schools.  Denise Sullivan, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction and Liz Hewitt, Literacy Coach, will discuss the use of the Fountas and Pinnell Classroom and Implementation Process.

Learn About the Fountas and Pinnell Classroom

This FREE session will answer some of the common questions that educators have when implementing or considering the Fountas and Pinnell Classroom.
Denise and Liz will share their experiences with implementation and answer questions surrounding Fountas and Pinnell Classroom.
  • How can FPC provide support for your teachers, students, and ENL population?
  • Based upon your students and educators’ needs, which context would you begin first, Interactive Read-Aloud, Reading Minilessons, Shared Reading, Phonics/Spelling/Word Study Lessons, Guided Reading, Book Clubs, and Independent Reading Collections?
  • For those that have begun to implement FPC share your successes and challenges. For those that are considering this curriculum designed for all students, join us for an informative interactive morning!
